Are you serious?
Last month a local furniture store was celebrating 25 years serving our community and did a $25,000 give-away. 25 different families or people were going to be given $1,000 worth of furniture. The family/person had to be nominated and then chosen. When I heard the radio ad it thought..."self, you need a new bed. It sure would be nice to win." and that was about all the thought I gave the issue. Well, a couple weeks later, my practicum instructor called me and asked if her boss could deliver some stuff for an event we had coming up to my house and I said "sure. That's kind of weird but OK." TO my surprise, it was not her boss but a Fisher Home Furnishings Van that came to deliver the "STUFF" She nominated me and I won a new bed! I almost need a step-stool to get on the bed and the kids can't get on it at all because it is so tall! I have never slept so good. Thanks Rachel!

Easter eggs?
This year our cousin David was here for Easter so I get to be in some of the pictures. Here we are before we started to dye eggs. As you can see from the picture, the energy level was HIGH!

I think this is one of the only pictures Dave got of Andrea with her eyes open and somewhat of a smile.....

The older my kids get, the less cooperative they are in pictures. I wish they would just smile!

Half way through the dying of the eggs, we got side-tracked and started Tye-dying paper towels. They turned out pretty cool though!:)

My kids thought it was more fun to use their hands instead of the spoons to get the eggs out so this is what their hands looked like for the next few days.

One proud mom!
Alex did his walk to raise awareness for rape and sexual assault yesterday and he did a great job. A news channel picked-up on his story and came to the event to interview Alex. He raised over $1,000 dollars with the help of some amazing people. This was a really neat experience for him and he said that he plans on doing it again next year. I LOVE MY SON:)

March 31st.......
So this is what March 31st looked like in Logan. My kids were able to build a snowman in our front yard
When I say kids, I mean Andrea. She and Bizzy wanted to build a snowman but as you can see from the picture, my dear little Andrea was the only one out there rolling the snowballs.
Bizzy came out when everything was done to put the finishing touches on. A crown and a pearl necklace. I love my kids:)
